Independence Day 2012

Since July 4th fell on a Wednesday this year, the girls and I couldn't get too creative with the party planning.  However, we did manage to pull together a last minute BBQ at my brother's place and the kids did come by showing off their patriotic colors.  I especially enjoyed my mini photo session with adorable little Kaylee (who just turned three, btw).  She was hamming it up for the camera and we were able to capture some fun moments!

Kona 2012

Our small family just returned from our vacation on the big island.  We all had an amazing time!  The sunsets there are absolutely gorgeous and probably one of the best I've ever seen.  Can't wait to go back again someday...

 

 

 

 

 

Jonathan Turns SEVEN & Darren Turns FIVE!

My nephews recently celebrated their seventh and fifth birthdays.  Hey, it's a big deal!  They are huge Giants fans, so we decided to go with a baseball theme for their party, including everything baseball - from their individual cakes to mini popcorn bags for their little cousins and friends.  So cute!  Everything was a huge hit(cheesy pun intended) and the boys had a swingin' time (okay, I'll stop now)...

Adeliah Turns ONE!

My friends, Conni and Tu, came up with this adorable Strawberry Shortcake inspired party for their daughter, Adeliah, who just turned one.  I'm loving the color scheme and cute little details that Conni worked into this party.  Oh, and we can't forget about the balloons and face painting that kept all of the little party guests happy too. :)  Happy birthday, sweet girl!
